Spectrum Skills Scotland is a voluntary organisation of like-minded people with a mission to improve employability and development opportunity for minority ethnic communities within Scotland. We are a learning organisation and we would like to build our knowledge and competence, to achieve our mission by working together with like-minded organisations in the UK and Overseas. 

Our vision is a society where barriers to participation are reduced in Scotland and all people have an equal access to contribute and fulfil their potential and our mission is to empower ethnic minority communities to realise their full potential in order to play a constructive role within society.
